In September 2023 the Institute of Classics at Graz University, in Austria, in cooperation with the Department of Antiquities, conducted a short survey campaign in Amargeti, Pafos District. The finds, consisting of fragmented roof tiles and pottery fragments of Hellenistic, Roman and Medieval ages attest to human activities in these periods and thus corroborate the results of the survey campaigns in 2019, 2021, and 2022. In 2024, the archaeological investigations shall be carried on by means of excavation. The team warmly thanks the municipality and inhabitants of Amargeti for their support.
